Proposals
As per the SBC Decision-making Process, Medium & Large proposals must be recorded on this page. Please follow the suggested format on SBC Decision-making Process when making a proposal.
Current Proposals
The following proposals are currently presented to the SBC membership:
001. Hold regular monthly Sunbeam City meetings every third Thursday of the month at 19:00 UTC.
Proposed by: @tty
Affected: All members & non-members of Sunbeam City who wish to attend meetings.
Decision size: Medium.
Deadline: April 6, 2023 (3 weeks from proposal date)
Background: This proposal came from a motion made in the 2023-03-16 meeting that none present objected to. It was motivated by a desire to not have to hold *ad hoc* discussions around date & time every time a meeting is to be held.
002. Promote Kevlar to moderator
Proposed by: @squeakypancakes What you want to change: @kevlar take on moderation duties Who it affects: Everyone on instance I guess Size: Large Deadline: April 25th (2 weeks)
